Newcastle has scored the second game in a two-match series between the Matildas and the US Women’s National Team.
The football match is set down for McDonald Jones Stadium on November 30.
The first encounter in the series between Australia’s much-loved Matildas and the two-time defending FIFA Women’s World Cup champions and world number one the USA will be held at Stadium Australia in Sydney on November 27.
The Matildas, ranked 11th in the world, are coming off a win and a draw against world number seven Brazil in Sydney last month.
Football Account holders will have access to pre-sale tickets for the Matildas v US matches through Ticketek and Ticketmaster on Monday, November 8 at 3pm, and further tickets will be released to the general public on Tuesday, November 9 at 2pm.
Football Australia will offer affordable ticketing starting from $5 for the match at Stadium Australia and from $10 for the match at McDonald Jones Stadium, valid for Football Account holders. And a special offer will also be available for registered participants in each region.
For those missing out on tickets, the Newcastle match, which kicks off at 8.05pm, will be broadcast live on Network 10 and simulcast on 10 Play.
